Vinyasa is a powerful and dynamic yoga style. The movements and transitions between the individual asanas are fluid and follow the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation. With this round whole body training you can really work out. Your stamina will be challenged and your spirit will be strengthened. Through the use of different muscles you will have a good balance to your everyday life, blockades in your body will be released and energies will be released. At the same time, by concentrating on your breath and the initial meditation and relaxation at the end of the yoga class, you will find peace.
Yin Yoga is not about working with muscle power. The individual asanas are held passively without using force. This results in an optimal stretching and also the glued fasciae can be gently released in this way. Our mobility depends to a greater extent on our fasciae than on our muscles.
Only for classes in sports venues, not streaming classes
Please note: If a booked course place is not used, it must be cancelled by the participant, at least 30 minutes before the class starts. Otherwise we will charge 5,00 Euro per missing date. Cancellation is possible via a link in the booking confirmation and is technically feasible until shortly before the start of the course. Out of consideration for other people interested in the course offer, we therefore request that the course place be released if participation is not possible.
