Mit dem Buchen des folgenden Angebots stimmt der Teilnehmende / die Teilnehmende folgenden Punkten zu:

• Meine Teilnahme am Training erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr und eigenes Risiko.
• Ich verzichte hiermit ausdrücklich auf sämtliche Ansprüche – gleich welcher Art – aus Schadensfällen, Verletzungen oder Folgeschädigungen, die im Zusammenhang mit meiner Teilnahme an diesem Angebot stehen.
• Auch für Sachschäden wird eine Haftung von Seiten des Institut für Sports ausgeschlossen.
• Ich versichere, sportgesund zu sein. Ich habe mich bei einem Arzt meines Gesundheitszustandes versichert. Habe ich darauf verzichtet, so tue ich dies auf eigene Verantwortung.
• Für gesundheitliche Risiken, auch solche, die mir selbst aktuell nicht bekannt sind, übernimmt das Institut für Sport im Falle eines Unfalls oder Schadens keine Haftung.
• Ich bin gegen Unfälle und Verletzungen, die im Rahmen des Trainings auftreten können, nicht durch das Institut für Sport versichert. Gleiches gilt für den direkten Weg von und zum Trainingsort. Die Teilnahme geschieht auf meine Verantwortung.
• Ich habe mich über den Inhalt dieser Haftungsausschlusserklärung vollständig informiert, indem ich diese gelesen habe und akzeptiere diese durch meine Buchung mit den Angaben zu meiner Person.

DISCLAIMER
- My participation in the training is at my own risk.
- I hereby expressly waive any and all claims - of whatever nature - arising from damage, injury or consequential damage in connection with my participation in this offer.
- The Institute of Sports is also not liable for any damage to property.
- I assure to be in good health for sports. I have taken out an insurance with a doctor of my health condition. If I have waived this, I do so on my own responsibility.
- The Institute of Sports assumes no liability for health risks, including those of which I am currently unaware, in the event of an accident or injury.
- I am not insured by the Institute for Sports against accidents and injuries that may occur during the training. The same applies to the direct way to and from the training location. The participation is on my own responsibility.
- I have fully informed myself about the contents of this disclaimer by reading it and I accept it by booking with my personal details.
